As a Director, you aren't just managing a schedule; you are architecting a spiritual community on our 175-acre Pocono mountain campus.

The Leadership Tiers
We are currently seeking candidates for the following senior leadership roles:

Summer Camp Directors: Overseeing the daily heartbeat of the summer program, ensuring safety, spiritual depth, and "relaxed fun" for all campers.

Assistant & Divisional Directors: Managing specific age groups or program departments (such as Horse Staff, Aquatics, or Trip Leading), providing direct mentorship to our counseling staff.

Who We Are Looking For
Seasoned Leaders: Typically late-college to post-college aged women (or professionals seeking a career change) with a proven track record of responsibility.

Operational Experts: You can balance the "big picture" of camp operations—from kitchen logistics to emergency protocols—under the guidance of our Executive Director.

Mentors of Mentors: You have the emotional intelligence to shepherd our college-aged staff, helping them navigate the challenges of summer ministry.
